  • 100% students reported that the library is helping them in their study and also increasing interest in education.

He further added, "This library is having a transformative and inspiring effect not only on the students but also on the entire village. It increases the love for reading among students. The language and literacy skills of regular students have improved. I hope that similar initiatives will be seen in many other villages of Bihar in the coming years."

4. Awards and Annual Fest

For continuous motivation, we started monthly three awards for main school and two for elementary school: Sample submissions of write-ups and some names. Similarly we will have an annual academic festival on the occasion of Teachers' day, we'll organize an event in five areas in both schools: Math, science, essay writing, speech, and debate.

We are in frequent touch with the district administration and villagers to have a building by the end of the year and two more teachers.

Update

  • Three new teachers have been appointed to the Primary School Nai Tola.
  • Building request has been forwarded from the Araria district to the Bihar government for approval.
  • With the help of awards, recognition, and frequent interactions with villagers, we are increasing social awareness.
